Dear citizens,

My name is Andreas Blell. This document outlines my political perspective. I am running as a candidate in the 2029 Bundestag elections for the constituency of Heidelberg, Germany. My goals:

  1. I will be the first person to attempt to reach the room beyond, the space beyond the horizon. I believe in this. See this essay, "Theory of the Universe" from 2010.
  2. Furthermore, we should all accept the 10 legal recommendations and all recommendations of the Neurolaw Book (NLB), which are explained below.

Draft of a universal code of human conduct: A Heidelberg model for global peace

A legislative proposal to promote world peace through the establishment of universal standards of conduct

In order to cultivate global coexistence characterized by respect and peace, a draft for a uniform code of conduct is hereby presented. The following ten postulates serve to establish a normative framework that aligns human thought and action with the principles of kindness and consideration, evaluates them, and sustainably promotes them.

1. Principle of kindness and respect
Every individual is expected to behave in a fundamentally kind and respectful manner. The circumstances of each individual case may be taken into account when assessing behavior.

2. Prohibition of intentional provocation
Any form of intentional provocation or disturbance of others is prohibited. This includes, in particular, nonverbal gestures such as demonstratively sniffing one's nose, derogatory vocalizations such as snorting or deliberate coughing, and other disruptive noises.

3. Maintaining personal distance
A minimum distance of one meter from other people must be maintained at all times.

4. Requirement for neutral body posture
Body posture must convey neutrality. The gaze and head should be directed forward, while the hands and arms should be held at the sides of the body.

5. Commitment to truthfulness and setting an example
Every individual is committed to unconditional truthfulness and must set an example for the community in their actions.

6. Respect for private relationships
Any external influence on private relationships must be avoided in order to preserve the integrity of personal bonds.

7. Prohibition of intimidation
Actions aimed at intimidating others are strictly prohibited. This applies to both verbal and nonverbal forms of expression.

8. Cultivation of dialogue
In all dialogical interactions, with the exception of formal lectures, speaking time must be kept balanced. The maximum continuous speaking time per contribution is fifteen seconds. A calm and objective tone of voice must be maintained at all times.

9. Requirement for formal and polite language
The use of respectful and formal language is mandatory in all social contexts. Consequently, the use of metaphors, direct or figurative descriptions, is strictly prohibited if their purpose is to compromise an individual or diminish their reputation.

10. Establishment of a uniform language and culture
The use of a uniform language and the cultivation of a uniform culture are fundamental to social harmony.

This body of law forms the basis for the transition to a new era of global peace and interpersonal harmony.

 

We urgently need a new order. To summarize, some of the following points are contained in the NLB (Neurolaw Book), others need to be added. Here is a brief description of the main topics. This should create world peace and justice:

If we want to achieve justice and world peace, then we should replace our traditional legislative constitution with a thought legislation constitution. In general, we should introduce stricter laws of speech and conduct. Metaphorically, one could mention: "Our common thoughts, which enlighten us from the outset, should have bright windows and high doors". The newly created thought legislation constitution should include Article 5, the right to freedom of expression, which is in line with the proposals of the Neurolaw Book (NLB). In addition, new German behavioral laws should be created and modified based on the thought legislation proposals of the Neurolaw Book (NLB). These far-reaching changes from the traditional legislation constitution to the thought legislation constitution, and stricter language and behavioral laws, mark a new era in our culture.
